Patterns are available on this website both as instant download digital files and paper copies mailed to you. Currently international sales are for digital only.

Return Policy
Digital items:
Due to the nature of these items can not be refunded or exchanged.
Please reach out if you feel you have special circumstances.
Mailed patterns:
Damaged patterns can be exchanged please email an image of damaged pattern within 2 days for receiving the pattern. And a replacement pattern will be mailed in 2 business days.
Again due to the nature of these patterns and the easy of copying or use in a limited window, we do no except any returns of opened patterns.
Duplicate or mistake orders maybe be refunded before shipping or download.
Shipping Policy
NO international shipping on physical items, United States only.
Allow 2 days for processing small orders. Up to 1 week for larger orders of 40 patterns or more.
1-2 patterns come in a stamped envelope via USPS, allow 2-5 days for first class delivery from zip code 98155.
Orders over $30 have free shipping.
Stamped envelopes will not have tracking, but an email will be sent with an estimated arrival date.
