This new baseball quilt pattern was a request for just the equipment, not a character. Which does make it a good pattern or baseball fans of all ages. This pattern come with 3 sizes, though square, 24x24, 36x36, and 48x48.
The square sizes make it a great large center block for another project, or for adding fun baseball fabric borders to make a throw for the couch. If making it as a baby quilt, Home plate is a great place to add babies name and birthdate.
The pattern is made in my Stripped and pieced Counted Quilt method. Using charts to cut 3 sizes of strips, then cross cutting those to different length rectangles, labeling alphabetically. The shaping is done with quick corner half square triangles. Once every is cut, marked, and labeled, you will follow a full page labelled color diagram sewing piece to piece, row by row.
You are purchasing a digital download PDF file. If you do not have a color printer, or simply prefer a paper copy to be mailed to you, see the "mailed patterns" section of my online store.
