This quilt pattern is for a Garbage Truck Twin size quilt. Created for a grandma to make for her garbage truck loving grandson. The Garbage truck is 48x56 with a row of garbage cans above and below. Plus borders to bring the finished size to 66x86 inches.
This is a great pattern for beginning quilters. All straight cutting all straight seams.
Step 1. Cut strips of varying sizes
Step 2. Cross cut those strips into varying lengths and label alphabetically.
Step 3. Follow a full page lableled color image of the truck assembling the quilt piece by piece and row by row.
Shaping is done with quick corner, or trim and flip, half square triangles.
